ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completed your order a orderconfirmation are automatically sent out to your email address. Look it through and make contact if you like to change anything so we can change or stop your order.

RETURNS AND DELIVERY


Under the Swedisch Distance Selling Law you always have 14 days return policy.

Here are some things to consider on when reaceaving a package:

1. Remember to be careful when opening any packaging, if returned it should be in the same condition as you got it.

2. Save the return form that came with the parcel.

3. Try the garment but do not use it.

4. When sending a return, please fold the garment to reduce it from creasing.


Total sumarum; the contents of your return should be returned in the condition you got it.

HOW DO YOU MAKE AN REPLACEMENT

1. Send us a email to kund@folkmalmo.se so that we know that the package is coming back in. If you like to change for another item we will reserve this for you.

2. Please read the return form that came with the package and then fill in the lines after the text information.

When the return arrives, we will refund to a full product refund
to the card you paid with or benefit the sum from your invoice. Reimbursement is made within two weeks after we have received your return.

Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

We will not accept returns of garments or things that have been obviously used or in any other way been deviate significantly from its original state. 
F O L K must have your return 14 days after you receaved the parcel. 

For customers within the EU all items are sold with the Swedish VAT 20%. For customers outside the EU the VAT are reducted when choosing outside EU in the check out.

PREORDER

If you like to preorder
things that not yet are in stock, we recommend you to choose two of the below reservation methods. You reserve your item, but you wont buy it until just before we´ll have it in stock.

PreOrder PayPal ONLY FOR ITEMS NOT YET IN STOCK
We will send you a invoice by Paypal, you then have 3 days to pay to keep the reservation. If you dont pay within 3 days, or inform us that you have changed your mind, your other orders on preorders, if you have any, can be cancelled.

Preorder Cardpayment ONLY FOR PREORDERS
We will send you a link that lead to a reservation site, there you will find your reserved item and can order and pay for it with the normal Cardpayment. If you dont pay within 3 days, or inform us that you have changed your mind, your other orders on preorders, if you have any, can be cancelled.

Non-payment
or non information about cancellation of Preorders, may result in that we can´t guarantee you the service of placing preorders.


 
COMPLAINTS

If you receave a product that have defects, please notify us as soon as you can.

Send back the product together with the return form or a piece of paper with your details and explanation of the defects to us, and your account number. Please also enclose a receipt for return shipping so we can reimburse you.

When we received the goods and approved the claim we make a full recovery and replaces your shipping expenses within two weeks.

DISCOUNTS

Any discount codes or other discounts are always at the regular price unless otherwise indicated. 

PRIVACY POLICY

All of F O L K customer information is restricted in our office. We do not make our mailing list or customer information available to other companies. Your private account and customer information are encrypted and is located on a secure server and cannot be accessed from outside F O L K.  

The information from you that we use; your name, address, phone number and email address is necessary to process your order and provide you with the best possible service.

COOKIES 

The e-commerce platform F O L K are located on are using so-called session cookies. These are used to manage your choices in the shop, such as goods in the cart and information about customer login. The session cookie is deleted from your computer when you close your browser. If you do not accept cookies, some of the online features may not work.


FORCE MAJORE

We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that agreements will not need to be fulfilled if any of mentioned events would take place.
